The National Marching Band of the Air Cadet Organisation is performing at Dover Castle this week.
On Friday 12 April, the band of over eighty young people from towns and cities across the UK will be marching and playing at Chatham Historic Dockyard from 12.30 to 13.30 and Dover Castle from 15.30 to 16.30 (times are approximate and dependent on weather).
The Royal Air Force Air Cadets have their annual music camp at Shornecliff Garrison in Folkestone all week and the performances will be a showcase of their week of hard rehearsals.
This is the fourth year of the national marching band and the first time the camp and performances have come to the South East.
Tourists and visitors to the venues will be treated to famous marches and popular music such as Monty Python theme tune 'Liberty Bell', Saving Private Ryan's 'Hymn to the Fallen' and seventies disco classic 'I will Survive'.
