These pictures are just in from the WCCP's local Project Officer Paul Sampson. They were taken over the weekend and they show a stunningly different view of the Wellington Dock... a Dock devoid of boats, life, and of course ..water. Well done Paul with the pix and many thanks for sending them in. Readers should also see the thread in our Forum on the draining of the Wellington Dock. More pictures there taken at various stages. Hopefully there wasn't any loss of marine life in the dramatic process of emptying one of our visual treasures.
