    I heard about this a while ago and from what I was told it is a "body" that organises these tennerfests.

    I did think of trying to organise one myself for Dover, but felt it would have been a hell of a job to get places like the Allotment or Cullens Yard to agree to those prices; Cullens Yard told me to go forth and multiply when I did the Discover Dover leaflet, so I don't feel inclined to involve them in any future initiatives anyway.

    It would get a lot more people out and in the pub-restaurants, restaurants etc. though I'm sure.
