    Chris, I have made a similar point elsewhere I think. It is a right of way and not a particularly safe place to have a crowd too large for hours on end.

    The BBC refers to 8 permanent screens at Cardiff, Middlesbrough, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Swansea and Waltham Forest, and 20 temporary screens. How temporary is the Dover one planned to be ?
