    Ross in the papers this week if the actually put my letter in,is a question asking the Council why DDC has not given free swimming for the under 16's while they have for the over 60's yet our neighbouring Councils Shepway and Thanet have.Now I am not against free swimming for the over 60's on health grounds,but when we see the obesity levels in Young People.Th e Goverment has given £MILLIONS for these schemes and then money to do up the Sports Centres if we take part.Think of the health beneifits of this.
