I think the Marine Court or Millers as I still call it did go down downhill for a while but a new group took over, spent a considerable fortune revamping everything and it has improved quite a lot in recent times. Its got quite a pleasant atmosphere and always has a good crowd. Nothing worse than going somewhere for the evening and the place you go to is empty. Thats a joy killer.
Paul was the manager guy, the short chappie, and he did eventually resurface at The Mayfly although not sure if he is still there. Wayne is still in Millers, he did leave as I understand it but has since come back. A good humoured guy for sure. Not sure if its all that cheap now though Keef.
But generally one of Dover's plus stories I would say.
