    I would have thought that it's going to be a tad difficult to supply me with water from a helicopter, or for me to spend a penny, if I'm queuing for juxtaposed French immigration controls in a tunnel. In essence what we had was interception of 100% of outbound vehicles, by a border agency, to perform checks on something, that involved scanning documents - in this case cars/coaches, PAF, people and passports. Something perhaps for Mr Davis to ponder before it becomes lorries, UKBF, goods and carnets.
