    Maggie & Bern I didn't suggest it was the only answer.

    I believe that we need a varied approach to this issue, including high quality sex education (over and above the biological/mechanical), relationship education, access to impartial advice including birth control/abortion/adoption/support for young mothers etc.

    In all of these things we must take a non religious pastoral approach where the welfare of the woman is paramount and where advise is given fully and impartially.
