  The unborn child has the right to live, so I am anti abortion except for genuine medical reasons or rape and I agree with Barry, the deadline should be reduced.
  
  However while we discuss life, I am in favor of euthanasia in very exceptional circumstances where life has no more meaning and or the patient is in extreme pain.
  
  I watched my mother die in absolute agony in Buckland Hospital, she screamed in extreme pain for hours and I have the shame of saying I looked out of the window and prayed she was given peace. To me people who say outright no to euthanasia have never watched someone die in agony and with no hope of living.
