    Permission was granted for the four houses to be built at The Hope Lydden .
    A very sad decision for the residents .Local people turned out in force ,remember this is a small village and gave their views.
    I have been up since 5.30am trying to find a way forward .

    Community does not seem to be a factor ,only when the powers at b want volunteers to do what used to be in the Public Sector

    If you want Community help you have to respect the community .
