    The last Virgin engineer I had round to fix a TV related problem informed me that my cable connector was the wrong size - "But you fitted it" I replied (he had been here 2 weeks earlier.), Somewhat embarrassed he went out to his van and fitted the right size connector. Thankfully it's been fine ever since!

    Then there was the time before that they replaced the cables down the manhole in the road outside as they were working perfectly fine and then forgot to reconnect us!
