I was off line from teatime Thursday with no internet or TV, thank goodness I had a fairly new Freeview TV.
First phoned them on Thursday where we were told they would phone back, they did not so called again on Friday to be told the first call was not logged. Very helpful man on the phone tried to fix it from his end, no luck and no engineer was available until Monday, the engineer duly turns up and repairs the connection in the street box.
Here comes the really annoying bit there was a Virgin van up the road when we lost our connection, coincidence I don't believe so.
