  I really do not think there is a lot wrong with Dover except for a general feeling of neglect much of which is down to the various councils and absentee landlords.
  
  It is scruffy looking with some of its untidy looking properties and streets with patched roads and uneven pavements. Many of the once well cared for nice looking buildings are now run down multi occupied homes where the tenants have no interest in what they look like on the outside.
