Early risers please note -
Praiseworthy:
An early rising society has recently been formed in Whitehaven in connection with the Mechanics' Institution.
The members meet every morning at 5 o'clock and employ their time in holding open-air discussions, gymnastics and searching after the various orders of British plants that may be obtained in great abundance in every portion of the locality.

After getting up at 2 or 3 in the morning over the years, 5 o`clock is a lay in.
Tell them that I came, and no one answered.

Always up between 5 and 5.30am - in the summer I walk the dog as early as possible, then either on with the cross-stitch project or an early start at work. It's wonderful at that time, the phones don't ring and you get so much more done.....
True friends stab you in the front.
With you there Andy - best time of the day.

I'm up at just after midnight all this week. Does that count me in as an early riser?

If at first you don't succeed, use a BIGGER hammer!!
I'm usually still awake at 5 am. Oh for the days when I used to be able to sleep!!
