  A series of fires has hit French high-speed rail lines, hours before the Paris Olympics opening ceremony

  God, that opening ceremony was dull.

  Living in Deal I only have to go down to the beach to see foreigners waving from small boats.
  
  This must be the worst French display on water since Villeneuve’s humiliation at Trafalgar.

  Well, it's not just France. Pretty much all the west enjoys the same high level of wholesome family entertainment.
  
  This is why we need to continue to grant elite privileges and pass more special protective legislation in favour of minority groups, and prepare for war against 'the big four' dictators who threaten the free democracies in which our advanced form of self-expression can flourish.
