    Never a copper about when you need one. Even if you dial 999 you almost need to make an appointment a week in advance.

    I sort of agree with Harry that a spell in the armed forces might do some of them some good, but that spell must be of sufficient length that they actually get some benefit out of it - not just boot camp.
