Hearing stories of peoples cards being cloned after using their cashpoint yesterday, PIN numbers changed !!

Near Morrisons, wife and daughter both used it yesterday afternoon and yesterday evening when they tried to use their cards separately in Deal their PIN numbers would not be accepted. My daughter has spoken to a friend this evening who has had the same happen who has contacted her bank who have confirmed the fraud. Wife and Daughter will be contacting the Deal Branch of Barclays first thing in the morning.

Martin surely it would be better to phone Barclays straight away rather than leave it to the morning.

there is an emergency number to ring sent out with debit/credit cards in the event of such a thing happening.

Bob's card was 'swallowed up' by the cash machine at Sandwich Co-op a few days ago. I had to guard the machine (!) until he came back with phone no. to ring, and in the end the card was 'stopped' and we could leave the machine. Wont use that one again !
