    1/ Unemployment higher than when it started
    2/ In a financial crisis cause usually by overspending and overtaxing the life out of the economy.

    It is worth adding that the longest ever period of Labour Government has ended with the biggest and longest bust, that is not a coincidence and I have often posted on the specific errors made by Brown that make the length and depth of the recession down to him, (after Brown claimed to have banned boom and bust!!!)

    You cannot possible make the same claim about every Tory Government (even if you restrict it to the last 90 years or so that Labour have been around). It is a matter of statistical and historical fact.
