Banish the tyre
- 27 April 2008 18:511754Help!! I have put on half a stone since taking my job in Dover. I am looking for an exercise class which starts at about 6pm but not on a Tuesday (parish council meetings). I want something which is fun but burns the fat, any suggestions (keep them clean)?

- 27 April 2008 19:031756Kathy if you look at page 2 of the Features and Comments section you will see information on a dance class we recently did a piece about. It is run by Charlotte Revell, a professional dancer in the past, and should fit the bill for you. Check out the comments below it too because Charlotte has added further info there.
There are beginners classes and advanced classes so could be what's required.

Plus I want something where I am not on my own, point me to the dance class (just don't look too closely at my moves, the Boy will tell you they are soooooo embarrassing).
