I popped into Morrisons yesterday with my 12 yr old grandaughter. When I got to the till the cashier (who was about my age) asked me if I was in a bad mood. When I said I wasn't and was feeling quite cheerful she smiled and said "AT LAST". Baffled I asked why and she said that her last four customers had been grumpy and moaning and she was losing the will to live!!
"Aww bless" I said, well me and my grandaughter are happy and we made her laugh by basically just being silly. But it got me thinking. Those cashiers are stuck there until they finish, they can't make an excuse and walk away like we could. So I say to you brothers and sisters - lets make it our duty to make a cashier smile every day, you know it makes sense
