    after a gap of a year or two, the road has turned back into an outside asylum.

    kids running riot, cars tooting their horns endlessly rather than the driver simply getting out and knocking at the door.

    last evening we were treated to 12 children, the oldest about 9 approx screaming and shouting for hours on end until i went out and shouted for them to stop as they were in an old persons front garden.

    a few tried to tell me their rights until they saw by the look on my face that i was not interested in such peripherals.
