I don't know Paul, but when I was DBS Manager, I attended meetings with Penny, the Mayor and others to try and make progress with regards to the Town Centre, some of the walls and closed shops, to brighten the Town up.
Penny wanted to do something with that awful side wall of the Best Kebab (the kebabs might be the best, but the building is just about the worst), but as I'm not involved anymore, perhaps someone should talk to Spencer.

Dover Express front page is Penny working on the old arcade. Good to see she has other ideas too

I thought that was jsut a cover Paul, the real front page had about Cameron MacSwseen.

Oops - sorry Dover Mercury, it was the Dover Murcury that had the story and not the Dover Star.
