  You are supposed to confirm that you know someone before you accept them as a friend. Abuse can be reported and action is taken as has been seen over this issue. The quality of postings is only as good as the membership and standard of moderation. FB has a long list of rules, as do most forums, but keeping track of millions of members must be a daunting task. Much of it must, therefore, rely on members reporting postings that break the rules. This appears to have happened in this case.
  
  The resurfaced group doesn't appear to have an owner - and Aspy denies he has anything to do with it. It would seem that someone is out to stir the pot a bit, which could be amusing!
