If Aspy has a problem it seems to me to be over-enthusiasm. That tends to get in the way of what he is trying to achieve, which are often things with real value. However, when the responses aren't forthcoming, or there is a suspicion of obfuscation, Aspy gets his hackles up, just a bit more than the rest of us.
The unnanounced closing of public toilets in the town was cause Aspy took up with vigour, maybe a bit too much for most, but what is say his "work" here and on FB wasn't a contributing factor the reversal of the decision?
But, I agree 100% with PB, DF is no place for personal attacks, although that rule does seem to get some latitude when it comes to Barry being on the receiving end of snide remarks.
It would be great if Aspy could contain his vigour a bit as I genuinely think he would make a very useful contribution to discussions on here, but there is also a need for him to observe the rules too.
