  Facebook alarmed me too, at first - there was a considerable amount of offensive language and abuse (not directed at me!), but I have learned how to navigate better now, and use the delete button wisely! It is a useful tool, along with linkedin and twitter and the others, but it needs a high level of self-policing. Aspy seems like a good guy with lots to give - if he learns the groundrules of the forum he would probably be an asset.
