    I have just been informed that DTC has sold Biggin Hall to The Dover Community Association for £1 who will convert the toilets into offices and DTC will build new toilets.
    This information must be a total fabrication as Age UK Dover had expressed an interest in using the building for Dementia respite and were never given an opportunity to do this, especially as Dover is in the process of attempting to become a 'Dementia Friendly Town'.
