  ...of corruption charges in Kabul according to news sources...
  
  His case featured in Charlie Elphicke's maiden speech and he recently delivered a petition with Bill Shaw's family to no 10.
  
  Lets hope these reports are true and he will return to his family soon.

  not exonerated though, charges dropped through lack of evidence.
  
  if mr shaw is innocent he will not be happy with the verdict.

  Pragmatism will make him glad to be free; clearing his name can be done at a later stage.
