For those readers who are interested in local history, you might like to know that Sussex Booksellers have quite a few copies of 'Dover in Old Photographs' going for just £2. The RRP is £12.99. Snap one up quick.

Seems to be a general sale as Ashford were doing similar and I picked a couple of things there too.
Been nice knowing you :)

There's a new Ghost book of Dover being published very soon, by that well know local researcher and historian, Lorraine Sencicle - spooky huh ?
I guess the same shop will be selling that too.
Another good buy.

the author posted on here for a short while on one subject, then disappeared.
views of a local researcher would be of interest to us all.
