Don't normally us them but was outside their shop just before my bus was due so I thought I would put my prescription in with them.
The staff member at the counter pointed out that the Pharmacist was at lunch, I said no problem I'll leave it here and collect tomorrow. I was then told they could only "accept" prescriptions when the Pharmacist was present - how pedantic is that?

Howard I understand how frustrating this must have been. I wasted an age trying to log into DDC Planning and my password and Email kept being rejected. This is the age we live in. Human touch has gone.

Boots accept prescriptions direct from the surgeries. How can patients be present then?
