  Roger, what services and jobs are you going to cut at DDC? I said before that a so-called freeze on council tax [that a potential Tory government would instigate if elected] would be a cut of around three to five million pounds in the budget of an authority the size of DDC, over two years, has the council got that much slack? This my rough calculation I know, but it'd still be a big cut, have you been wasteful at DDC? Roger, how many non-jobs have you got at DDC?
  
  What Boris is doing will be replicated across the country and what some will call waste is in reality services and people's jobs. Should we, at a time of a downturn, really be rubbing our hands in glee at an annoucement of job losses?
