    Brian. The profits companies make is theirs and their shareholders. Those shareholders include you and me, everyone who has a private pension, everyone who has a Stocks and Shares ISA, insurance linked investment or OEIC/Unit Trusts.

    If you decide the Government should introduce a penal tax on profits to put into the State Pension then it would do much more harm than good. You will drive investors overseas and will do more damage to British businesses and our economy than Hitler, Napoleon and Gordon Brown put together.

    Your 'right wing thinking' is nothing of the sort - it is pure extremist left.
