    Sid, I have never seen three such particles coming together. I'm not saying it isn't possible, but Melissa would have to describe more precisely how they travelled through the sky. Melissa, if these lights had one straight trajectory, and only lasted several seconds, then they might be a very uncommon "falling star" appearence, such as Sid describes, of meteorite origin. But if they changed their direction to left or right, or went upwards at some point, then they most certainly were not star dust!
