    I couldn't agree more Andy and those and many more ideas are in my paper on moving Dover forward.

    Much more use could be made of the Community Pay-Back team - weeding, painting, fixing all sorts of things and of course, the labour is free and, I understand, most of the materials used (paint, wood or whatever) is donated, so very little cost.

    Hope to see them up Folkestone Road soon.
