    My experience with BG is thus.
    I paid for my gas by Key, so pre-paid for gas before using it.

    Out of the blue, I received quarterly bill for £148.00. Rang them to tell them I prepay with key and do not have quarterly account. They advised I Ignore this letter.
    More demands, more phone calls.
    Then I received pay up or we will cut you off letter.
    Come on then cut me off if you want to.
    An engineer came, saw our key meter and asked where we were hiding our quarterly meter? He left very embarrassed after not finding one and I changed supplier.
    BG sent me final bill stating they owed ME, £148, bearing in mind that was impossible because I paid by key, I requested payment of this outstanding sum and they sent it to me. Thank you GB but Never again.
