In the post yesterday I got my BT bill for £132.59... By the time I got back from Canterbury BT had restricted my service so that no outgoing calls could be made; when I finally got through to their alleged customer services to demand why, I was told that it was because of non-payment of my bill! I reckon that even by the atrocious levels of customer care in the modern world we live in, BT have plumbed a new depth in how to mismanage.
Needless to say, a letter is on its way...................
