they drive me up the wall, just cannot be bothered to change from them.
did the once a few years back, to post office homephone, what a disaster area.
the first bill was wrong by 40 quid, they said that they did not have a credit note system, would i pay they would then deduct from the next bill.
this went on for a further 3 months, despite various e mails from me, the ones from them all admitted they were wrong.
i changed back to BT and they promised to keep my number, a week later they changed this, after much to and fro stuff i told everyone my new number, you guessed it, a week later they changed it back to my original number without telling me.
