    Just to remind ourselves of another pipe dream...there was a hotel scheduled in the DTIZ development. Remember that...I think Im remembering it said 100 bedrooms or something. The cost of refurbishing and redesigning Burlington House would be prohibitive. It would have been looked at then Im sure, at the DTIZ time, and they probably assessed that it would be a lot cheaper to build from scratch.

    In the case of The Churchill on the seafront, refurbishment is the only option there, as location and building is all in that case.
