Not sure how long the scaffolding and safety netting has been up, but maybe something's happening or, at least, about to happen.

A couple of people have told me that it would be converted as per the previous plan but the latest application was four years ago and for a "worship space".

It is unlikely to get passed because of over-development not because of lack of parking spaces given that there is nowhere to put in parking

If fully occupied there is potentially over 40 people in the building given the proposed mix of units

I would like to see a covenant on the majority of conversions that says only for owner occupier or preferably an existing DDC resident, but I doubt that will happen.
From what I read on here and elsewhere we have enough absentee landlords who have little interest in their properties once let.
