    He is no doubt unaware that the need to use buses that cost more to buy and more to run is a result of legislation regarding things like emissions and disabled access, so it's not surprising their charges have risen. He also clearly hasn't noticed that a large proportion of the routes concerned are operated by smaller companies such as Regent. The more I hear from Paul Carter the less I believe he lives in the real world!
