  Seems to me that the culture who have altered Dover over the years, and wrecked it in the process, have now been replaced by a similar culture, and to justify their existance, are now wanting to continue where their predecessors left off. All these daydreamers are doing is moving A to B and gaining nothing. Leave the buses in Pencester where they`ve been for years and years with no problem. Go and have another cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit, but leave Dover alone. Sort out it`s current problems what everyone is discussing on here without creating anymore.
