    Quite agree Keith Yesterday .I was waiting for my bus inside the shelter and people were queing the other side in the cold .They looked a little suprised when I jumped on first .

    Surely people know to wait and que in an orderly manner The other thing that annoys me is when people dither before getting on the bus .Usually have stood there for five minutes but dont have fare or bus pass to hand .Then complai n when bus runs late ..
