  This is probably a bit cheeky. I am going to start my own consultancy business in the near future offering troubleshooting, improvement planning, training and organisational support to social and nursing care and support providers and allied organisations. I am confident that I have the tools and skills, contacts and stuff and have scoped out the market but I am a little confused about the merits of self-employment v limited company, and other "small business" details. Clearly not a lot of spare cash around so I am looking for cheap/free advice. Do you know of anyone who could offer me some advice and what it might cost?
