    An interesting proposal and, for the main, all very welcome. However (and I can hear Paul sighing loudly) I would like to know more details on the suggested 'improvements to Pencester Road as no details are given and there is not a lot of room there for "major improvements" without cutting into the park, or knocking down the shops. There is also no impact statement on the proposed bus only contraflow for the very busy Maison Dieu Road or how that could be affected by the proposed polyclinic. As Roger said, a lot of 'worthwhile improvements" but still no answer to the question about Pencester Gardens.
