    From talking to the Lady concerned Howard, she already operates another cafe in Dover and feels that opening this one in the market will do well - I believe it is to be called "Uncle Sams".

    It is hoped/intended that it will bring much more people into the market to spend their money and enjoy her food.

    Good Luck to her - hope it works. We do have a plethora of cafes in Dover, hope it's not one too many.
