  There was a consultation on "guidelines for flat-conversions" and many people gave input on it - including me. My input was more on the consequences of allowing flat conversions with tiny room sizes, but sadly these were ignored, or simply not accepted.
  
  Every single application that came up before the committee for a flat conversion with small rooms, was objected to, but still got passed; now we are living with the consequences.
