What a very exciting week this is. It has been shared elsewhere on Facebook that planning permission for the 25 apartments at Cambridge Terrace has been granted this week. We are delighted that Tersons are instructed by Octavia Estates to sell these units and we have been involved from the very beginning to help make the layouts just right. In our opinion the plans that have been drawn and the accommodation that will be provided will be some of the best work we have seen for years. All credit to Christian and his team for a splendid job so far. It is up to us now to sell them all and make Octavia as pleased with Tersons as they are with CLArchitects. There will be eight 1 bedroom apartments, Three 2 bedroom apartments, Nine 2 bedroom duplex apartments, Two 3 bedroom apartments and Three 3 bedroom duplex apartments. Many of the units will be able to see the sea to some extent, in the same way, many will be able to see the Wellington Docks Marina.
Parking is a topical subject at the moment, but for the residents of Cambridge Terrace, there will be 25 parking spaces and 5 visitor spaces accessed via the entrance to De Bradelei Wharf.

So, if you are thinking of downsizing or simply fancy a delicious new home where you can have M&S as your "corner shop" and Cullins Yard or Hythe Bay as your "local café", give us a call and we can help you on your journey. It will be a 15 months project, and work is planned to start in May 2018.
Names and contact details are being taken from today, we have a meeting with Octavia next week and we will keep the news rolling on this important project.
