    And when they have the bass on full, you feel them coming along the road as much as hear them.

    As you say Ross, they can't concentrate properly with that sound inside their head.

    They may of course be doped up, which is becoming a very serious problem.

    A very difficult thing to fine/prosecute people for though I'd have thought, unless the Police have decibel meters in their cars.
