  One of the NON 'joys of summer' is listening to the thumping stereos down here on the seafront. Yoofs come along, park up, open their doors as its hot, and blast away to such a deafening volume that the things in ones flat vibrate. Their mates come along in their cars and do the same thing...so an impromptu rock concert follows, the pests remain on the spot for ages too, they dont just drive idly by. These flats produce a sound cauldron anyway so the effect is very strong. Im afraid though in the realms of the misdemeanour this comes a long way down the scale in terms of police action. Never have I seen anyone asked to stop by the long arm of the law.
