    Isn't that a bit like saying that cars shouldn't be able to go faster than 70 miles an hour because that's the speed limit and anything over that is deemed dangerous ? Anything over certain decibels could also be deemed dangerous - for the people hearing it and those playing it that loud.

    It should be up to us to be considerate (on many issues) and some people are, but many are not.
