    Hmmm, Bern, smoking is no longer the biggest killer in this country, so what's the issue? If you aim to reduce risk then surely children should only be allowed to go to pedestrians!!! The attitude displayed is again not the intersts of the parentless/homeless child. What in fact is being done is forcing someone else's lifestyle on others. Non-smokers also make lousey parents too you know.

    And before you attack me for being a smoker, I don't smoke in the house as I live with non-smokers. Of course, that would still prevent me from adopting. Work that one out.
